This policy explains what personal data Najah Prep collects and how it is used.

1. Data we receive

• Purchases: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. They collect your name, email address, billing country and payment details under their own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address and order details, never your full card details.
• Emails you send us: if you contact us or request a guide, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
• Website analytics: we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that count visits without identifying you.

2. How we use it

To deliver your purchase, provide support and refunds and reply to your requests. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Retention

We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and legal purposes, and support emails for up to 24 months.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@najahprep.com.

5. Third parties

Lemon Squeezy (payments and file delivery) and Cloudflare (website hosting, analytics and email forwarding) process data on our behalf.
